Balance Cleaner is an independent iOS app that helps you spend down a leftover Apple ID balance so you can change your App Store region. The app is built to collect as little as possible — in practice, nothing.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Balance Cleaner has no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not ask for your name, email, Apple ID credentials, contacts, location, or any other personal information.

2. Data stored on your device

Any settings or preferences you choose are stored locally on your device only, using the system's standard local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes this data.

3. Purchases and payments

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details, card information, or Apple ID. Apple's handling of purchases is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

4. No tracking, analytics, or advertising

The app contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, no tracking, and no fingerprinting. We do not build profiles of users, and we have nothing to share or sell.

5. Apple ID balance feature

Any guidance the app provides about checking or clearing your Apple ID balance is informational only. The app does not access your Apple account — you perform those actions yourself within Apple's own apps and settings.

6. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

7. Third parties

The only third party involved is Apple, solely for delivering the app and processing App Store purchases. No data is shared with any other third party.

Balance Cleaner is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "Apple", "Apple ID", and "App Store" are trademarks of Apple Inc.
